7. Payment Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrecisionAdvisor's liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrecisionAdvisor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
